At Ortho Insight staff and patient safety is of prime importance.

Before attending the clinic patients with symptoms such as fever, dry cough, sore throat, tiredness or shortness of breath, or travel history, or in contact with an overseas person, or had contact with a positive case of COVID-19 patient are supposed to contact our reception team at the hospital. A telehealth appointment is another way of contacting our health professionals.

In the present scenario of the corona outbreak, our personnel and staff give assurance of clean and hygienic clinical facilities like–

  • Disinfecting and cleaning all the treatment surfaces
  • Cleaning of rooms and shared equipment regularly 
  • Tit and bit cleaning of all common items including chairs, tables, door handles, and other shared items.
  • Every staff member has access and training to implement an infection control procedure if and when required.

We, at Ortho Insight, are carefully monitoring every move of the government of India as well as the World Health Organisation and are observant of all the direction and advice.
